Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Excel ( pivots, Info XL, etc.) and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build complex Excel models for real estate developments.
• Analyze market data and prepare budget variance analyses.
• Support quarterly divisional financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting.
• Develop cash flow proforma and run sensitivities.
