Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years in a finance group or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.
• Experience with NEWSTAR and Datarails preferred.
• Experience in new home construction/real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex Excel models to analyze real estate developments.
• Prepare competitive market analyses for home building projects.
• Analyze monthly project variances against budgets.
• Support quarterly divisional business plans and financial reports.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting.
• Develop cash flow proforma and run sensitivities.
• Interpret data extractions to identify trends and patterns.
• Track KPIs and deliver financial reports.
• Learn and implement new systems as needed.
