Job summary

Trumark Homes is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Washington Division to support day-to-day finance tasks and participate in high-visibility projects aimed at improving processes and scalability. The ideal candidate has a finance background, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to high-quality work in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities include building complex Excel models, market analysis, project updates, and collaboration with corporate finance to finalize budgets and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills and analytical thinking.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with NEWSTAR and Datarails is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with and create complex Excel modeling tools to analyze real estate developments.
• Prepare and analyze market analyses for home building projects.
• Prepare monthly project updates and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with finance teams to update divisional business plans and reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Develop cash flow proformas and run scenario analyses.
• Interpret data extractions to identify trends and financial results.
• Translate user requirements into actionable reports and applications.
• Lead process improvements and drive change implementation.
• Learn and integrate new systems as needed.
