Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation techniques and investment analysis.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) for asset holdings.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive benchmarking for various property types.
• Assist in underwriting and maintaining accurate information for investments, including rent rolls and operating statements.
• Support the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for stakeholders.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk/return for acquisitions and assets.
• Track asset performance and provide variance analysis on budget vs. actual results.
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, lenders, appraisers, and legal counsel during due diligence.
• Monitor real estate trends, economic indicators, and capital market conditions.
