Qualifications

• CPA designation or active CPA candidacy strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience in Commercial and/or Hospitality Real Estate strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality and commercial property accounting teams to ensure timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Partner with operations, sales, and leasing teams to implement effective processes and policies that improve operating performance.
• Provide financial insight and guidance to support strategic decision‑making and enhance competitive positioning.
• Identify risks and implement controls to safeguard assets and strengthen business operations.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
