Job summary

Pilot is a modern connectivity company based in New York City delivering fiber-optic internet and network services to businesses with no contracts and a 100% uptime guarantee. You will serve as the primary project manager for Real Estate New Build projects, coordinating surveys, access agreements, and handoffs across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coordinator/administrative operations experience in a B2B, telecom, real estate or technology environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, track milestones, and drive projects to completion with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM; ability to maintain data hygiene, navigate records, and perform QC across object types.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); Microsoft Office a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with external partners in a professional manner; hybrid NYC office presence (minimum 3 days).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager for Real Estate New Build projects—from initial survey through access agreement execution and project handoff.
• Coordinate Project Engineering survey scheduling and follow-through.
• Facilitate engineering scope of work review and internal approvals.
• Manage access agreement review, routing, and execution with Legal.
• Collaborate with building management, outside contractors, and insurance brokers.
