Best Homes Title Agency is seeking an Escrow Processor to support real estate transactions and growth. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, closing statements, and clear client communication in a fast-paced office environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of escrow experience, familiarity with Resware or Qualia, and strong organizational and communication skills. In-office Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of escrow processor experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with purchase transactions and industry software (Resware/Qualia) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare escrow document packages and assist with disbursement of files when time allows.
• Prepare closing documents, including settlement statements and disclosures.
• Communicate confidently with customers about title issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve basic title clearance issues and guide clients accordingly.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and staff; complete other duties as assigned.
