Job summary

Crown City Escrow Services, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Officer to coordinate with realtors, loan officers, and underwriters and guide clients through the closing process in real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of escrow, title insurance, and loan procedures. This on-site role expects strong communication and teamwork with real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience closing escrow transactions.
• Understanding of real estate contracts, loan process, title insurance, and escrow process.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software.
• Spanish-speaking bilingual capabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officers
• Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contracts
• Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
• Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
• Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
• Perform administrative tasks
