Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking an Escrow Assistant for our Koloa, HI office. This role concentrates on opening, processing, and closing refinance and sale transactions under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with lenders, principals, realtors, and team members.

Candidates with escrow or real estate experience are preferred but not required. The position is office-based, Monday–Friday, with standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours; remote applicants are not considered.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, process, and close refinance and sale transactions.
• Review and verify information in preliminary reports and title commitments.
• Assist with signing of documents and scheduling appointments.
• Upload documents to electronic filing system and document conversations.
• Prepare funding packages and explain fees to customers.
