National Title Insurance Co. is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow Officer in providing excellent escrow services. Responsibilities include assisting with pre-closing and post-closing tasks, providing administrative support, and maintaining communication with clients and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of escrow processes, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and escrow production software.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-closing preparation and post-closing tasks.
• Provide administrative support to Escrow Officer.
• Coordinate collection of information to finalize transactions.
