Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all property acquisitions, dispositions, or operational changes.
• Collect, review, and assess critical documents related to property management.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks related to property transactions, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the due diligence process, ensuring timelines are met and budgets maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external consultants.
• Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate the financial performance of the property.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports for senior management.
