• Post and manage property listings across internal platforms, buyer lists, and third-party channels.
• Ensure property information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Respond to inbound buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Qualify buyers based on proof of funds, experience, and intent.
• Schedule property access, walkthroughs, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain active communication with buyers to drive urgency and interest.
• Collect, organize, and summarize buyer offers for review.
• Assist with contract preparation and execution under the guidance of the Dispositions Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings.
• Update CRM and disposition systems with buyer activity, offers, and status changes.
• Assist with reporting on disposition performance and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation: $24,000 per year
