Responsibilities

• Market off-market properties to cash buyers via email, phone, text, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, flippers, landlords, and cash buyers.
• Manage buyer database within the CRM.
• Coordinate property walkthroughs and buyer showings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize assignment fees.
• Manage transactions from contract to closing with title companies and attorneys.
• Track buyer activity, property status, and KPIs.
• Partner with the Acquisitions team to match properties with buyers.

We're a locally owned real estate investment company currently closing 3–5 off-market wholesale deals each month, and we're looking for a driven professional to help us scale our business and increase deal volume. Qualifications:

• Proven track record in wholesale real estate, dispositions, real estate sales, or investor relations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the Richmond and Greater Virginia investment market is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and productivity tools to manage pipelines.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by measurable results.
• Highly organized, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding performance.
