Responsibilities:

1. Find and qualify potential investors and buyers for our properties
2. Do strategic marketing and placement of our properties
3. Create marketing templates
4. Conduct extensive research on buyers and buying criteria
5. Identify hedge fund acquisition professionals and investor buyers
6. Build strong relationships with potential buyers
7. Find turnkey buyers and educate them on our turnkey process
