Job summary

RHF Management, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Real Estate Development) to lead development and major rehabilitation projects from due diligence through construction close-out and bond exoneration.

The role coordinates all phases of the development process, including entitlements, permitting, and construction oversight, with frequent travel nationwide. Reporting to the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, you will manage consultants, establish budgets and schedules, ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within real estate development, acquisitions, due diligence, affordable housing, or construction.
• Knowledge of affordable housing development, HUD, LIHTC, and financing programs is a plus.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget and Schedule Management: monitor financial performance and ensure projects stay on budget.
• Construction Monitoring: review billings and contractor invoices for accuracy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: present to city boards and engage with agencies and communities.
• Quality Control & Risk Management: ensure RHF standards and regulatory compliance.
