Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is seeking a Project Manager (Real Estate Development) to guide new development and major rehabilitation from due diligence through close-out. You will coordinate all phases, manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory approvals, and travel nationwide for site inspections and meetings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate development project management and knowledge of affordable housing financing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management within real estate development, acquisitions, due diligence, affordable housing, or construction.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC or other financing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budget and schedule management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Construction monitoring and review of billings, draw requests, and invoices.
• Coordinate permitting, easements, and regulatory compliance to avoid delays.
• Stakeholder engagement with public/private bodies to secure approvals.
• Travel to project sites nationwide for inspections and coordination.
