Job summary

INF1NITY seeks a Development Associate to support real estate projects from entitlements through handoff to property management, in a Miami-based or remote role.

You will coordinate with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role offers ownership of day-to-day tasks and exposure to multiple development stages, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and 4–6 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of real estate development or related experience.
• Knowledge of development processes: zoning, permitting, design phases, contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with consultants and officials.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support site due diligence, including zoning, surveys, environmental reports, and budgets.
• Coordinate entitlements, permits, and approvals with attorneys, engineers, and municipalities.
• Coordinate design consultants throughout all phases from schematic design to construction documents.
• Lead design meetings, track action items, and review drawings for scope and budget.
• Support contractor bidding, buyout, and negotiations; monitor progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Review payment apps, change orders, and lender draw packages; maintain project tracking reports.
• Coordinate project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover packages; document lessons learned.
