We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Development Associate to support real estate development projects across their full lifecycle, from entitlements and design to construction and handoff to property management.

Lead design meetings, track action items, review drawings for scope, budget, and code compliance, and support consultant procurement, scopes of work, contracts, and invoice approvals.
Support contractor bidding, buyout, and negotiations while monitoring construction progress, schedules, and budgets through OAC meetings and site visits.
Review payment applications, change orders, and lender draw packages, maintaining accurate project tracking reports.
