Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital is seeking a Land Development Associate in Cupertino, CA to support planning, coordination, and execution of residential and mixed-use land development from acquisition through turnover. You will work with internal teams and external consultants to manage due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, construction, or real estate development.
• Basic knowledge of residential land development processes, entitlement, permitting, and infrastructure construction.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple land development projects through acquisition, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and development timelines; monitor risks.
• Assist with entitlement applications, zoning approvals, subdivision maps, and permit submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and consultants; review deliverables.
