Michael Page is seeking a Development Manager to support a growing Texas real estate platform. You will manage multiple active developments, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors from design through construction, while driving budgets and schedules across a fast-paced pipeline.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, cross-functional collaboration with leasing, asset management, and investment teams to scale the portfolio responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across 3-5 active development and redevelopment projects.
• Lead design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants from concept through construction.
• Oversee due diligence and entitlement processes, including municipal approvals and site feasibility.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones across design, permitting, and construction.
• Monitor development budgets, manage cost tracking, and coordinate change orders and construction financials.
• Partner with construction teams and general contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, and investment teams to support portfolio performance.
