- Coordinate with GCs, architects, engineers and consultants.
- Manage RFI and submittal coordination.
- Review and negotiate change orders.
- Oversee FF&E purchasing and implementation.
- Ensure successful turnover with property management.
- Maintain regular project status updates to management.
