Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Economics, Real Estate)
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Curiosity to learn all aspects of the business.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Diligent, fast-paced work ethic and teamwork.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow, NPV/IRR.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development team with pre-development activities and analyses.
• Underwrite and pursue affordable housing projects.
• Support VP of Development on special projects.
• Collaborate with interns across majors.
