Responsibilities

• Assist in high level market diligence to assess potential markets.
• Conduct detailed market and project due diligence for feasibility.
• Support entitlement processes including zoning, permits, and licenses; help develop schedules, budgets, and programming.
• Coordinate documentation for lenders and equity partners for development.
• Complete deliverables with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions & Development team and track upcoming commitments.
