Responsibilities

• Compile DCF underwriting in Argus and Excel for multi-year planning and strategies.
• Prepare Investment Committee presentations for financings, leasing, and dispositions.
• Analyze leasing opportunities and sensitivities using ARGUS, NPV analyses, and market research.
• Identify opportunities to add value with additional analysis and recommendations.
• Lead external appraisal process and complete internal valuations across Transactions and Portfolio/Asset Management teams.
• Support the transition of newly acquired properties from Transactions to Portfolio/Asset Management.
