Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or a related field.
• Travel: 0%
• Work Schedule: 7 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday; ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing potential development sites and portfolios through market research and site visits
• Support basic financial modeling and feasibility analysis under guidance from senior analysts
• Help prepare presentations, memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and calls with brokers, consultants, and municipal representatives
• Contribute to due diligence efforts by organizing documents and summarizing key findings
• Analyze demographic, economic, and zoning data to assess market trends and development potential
• Track project schedules, budgets, and contracts with support from the team
• Help maintain relationships with brokers and property owners to identify new opportunities
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
