Qualifications

• Market research to identify trends, opportunities, and demand for land.
• Financial modeling and feasibility analysis for projects.
• Due diligence and contract/entitlements support across projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports complex projects by partnering with brokers, attorneys, architects and engineers for successful execution.
• Assists with site acquisitions and securing project entitlements/permits with understanding of strategy and risks.
• Assists with portfolio review, due diligence, schedules and budgets.
• Prepares due diligence memos, site plan reviews and presentation materials for approvals.
• Participates in weekly calls and meetings with internal and external partners.
• Supports relationships with brokers and property owners to identify opportunities.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities and demand for land.
• Reviews and tracks project contracts and agreements.
• Performs related duties as required.
