Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Real Estate Development Analyst I to join our team in Wisconsin.

You will support evaluation and execution of real estate development projects, conducting market reviews, financial modeling and due diligence to ensure project viability. You will collaborate with brokers, attorneys, architects and engineers, coordinating site acquisitions, permits, budgets and schedules while communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• 15-20% travel.
• Typical work hours Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM; some on-call requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supports complex projects with real estate brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers and lenders.
• Assists with site acquisitions and permits aligning with project strategy and risks.
• Participates in portfolio review, due diligence, schedules and budgets.
• Prepares due diligence memos, site plan reviews and internal/external presentations.
• Engages in weekly calls/meetings with internal and external partners.
