Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is expected.
• Familiarity with GIS or financial modeling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing potential development sites and portfolios through market research and site visits.
• Support basic financial modeling and feasibility analysis under guidance from senior analysts.
• Help prepare presentations, memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and calls with brokers, consultants, and municipal representatives.
• Contribute to due diligence efforts by organizing documents and summarizing key findings.
• Analyze demographic, economic, and zoning data to assess market trends and development potential.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and contracts with support from the team.
• Help maintain relationships with brokers and property owners to identify new opportunities.
