Job summary

Greco is seeking a motivated, analytical, and highly organized Real Estate Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst to join our three-person team, with exposure to the full lifecycle of multifamily development—from initial financial analysis to investor relations.

The role will support evaluation, cost analysis, pro-forma modeling, due diligence, and portfolio budgeting, while coordinating meetings, cost logs, and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field required.
• MBA preferred; experience in multifamily development is a plus.
• Advanced pro-forma modeling and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support new project evaluation and pro-forma modeling.
• Analyze project costs and budgeting; assist with portfolio analysis.

Job description

Greco is seeking a motivated, analytical, and highly organized Real Estate Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst to join our three-person real estate development team. This role offers broad exposure to the full lifecycle of multifamily development, from initial financial analysis and due diligence through construction, project turnover, portfolio analysis, and investor relations.

The position will assist with new project evaluation, project cost analysis, pro-forma modeling, pre-development due diligence, process and timeline tracking, vendor coordination, and portfolio budgeting and analysis. This role will also participate in weekly development, design, and construction meetings; maintain project updates, action items, and cost logs; assist with construction loan draws; coordinate owner-furnished procurement; and support entitlement, turnover, punch, and due diligence activities.

The Real Estate Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst will serve as an important connection between the development and operations teams and will also support investor communications, the investor management platform administration, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited supervision. The ideal candidate can identify next steps, take initiative, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and balance both financial analysis and project coordination. You should have a competitive personality with the ability to persevere, hit deadlines, leave the excuses at the door, and be looking for opportunities to make an impact. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. A background in college athletics is a plus. Candidates must have advanced pro-forma modeling skills, the ability to read and interpret financial statements, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in multifamily development, real estate investment, construction, finance, or Juniper Square is preferred.
