Job summary

Greco is seeking a Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst to join our three-person real estate development team. This role provides exposure from financial analysis through construction turnover, portfolio analysis, and investor relations.

You will assist with new project evaluation, pro-forma modeling, pre-development due diligence, and tracking of process/timelines. The role supports entitlement, turnover, and monthly reporting while coordinating with development, design, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced pro-forma modeling skills and ability to read/interpret financial statements.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new project evaluation, project cost analysis, and pro-forma modeling.
• Maintain project updates, action items, cost logs, and budgets across portfolio.
• Coordinate owner-furnished procurement, entitlements, turnover, and due diligence activities.
• Support investor communications and reporting via the investor management platform.
