Job summary

Pennrose associates participate in multi-project real estate development from inception to lease-up, supporting Developers, Senior Developers, and RVPs. You will gain exposure to financiers, architects, and contractors, handling follow-ups and ensuring accurate, timely project documents.

The role emphasizes strong financial skills, meticulous accuracy, and effective communication while supporting both market-rate and affordable housing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience is required.
• Solid real-estate knowledge base.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in composing on-message PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling to determine the economic feasibility of a project.
• Drafting, editing, assembling, and finalizing RFPs and RFQs under supervision.
• Participating in building public-private partnerships.
• Communicating with municipalities to ensure clear communication.
• Preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for financiers, municipalities, and communities.
• Follow-up on land-development approval processes.
• Coordination of legal matters as directed by the Team Leader.
• Understand site-control, loan, equity, and partnership documents.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering matters for proposed developments.
