Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Senior Developer to lead a dedicated in-house team of Developers, Associate Developers and Administrative Assistants across multiple development projects. You will oversee development, budgets, and schedules to align with long-term company goals and community interests.

• Experience leading in-house development teams and coordinating cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Identification and evaluation of real-estate development opportunities.
• Determination of the financial feasibility for viable projects based on prior experience.
• Direct report to CFO for predevelopment expenditures, cash-flow, and capital requirements.
• Review of RFPs and RFQs prior to submission.
• Establishing public–private partnerships and presenting to municipalities.
