Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject and at least 5‑7 years of experience strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced education or professional certification a plus.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced environments, understanding complex legal documents, and knowledge of real estate finance, public finance, or project finance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Development Director with analysis, management, and coordination of projects; ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare internal and external deliverables for development presentations and business plans for Senior Management approval.
  • Draft and manage RFPs; compile results, prepare analyses, and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate due diligence and transactional documentation for acquisitions and financing; ensure accuracy and document flow for committee presentations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports summarizing project progress and pro forma for senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project team members, consultants, and city officials.
