Job summary

JPJ Staffing seeks a Real Estate Project Manager to lead development and planning across neighborhood districts and residential areas. The role requires independent work and collaboration with partners, with focus on affordable housing, commercial and mixed-use projects and financing coordination.

The position covers site identification, feasibility analysis, predevelopment activities, and management of project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Construction, Urban Planning or related field is helpful, but not required.
• 5–7 years of professional work experience in a related or transferrable field
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; GIS/ mapping tools are a plus
• Strong analytical and project management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
• Coordinate with management on project metrics, financing, and critical admin tasks.
• Oversee predevelopment activities including site identification and site assembly; manage property acquisition and disposition.
• Ensure coordination with local, state, and federal agencies and partners.
• Assess financial feasibility and manage project financing, timelines, and risks.
