Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Real Estate Development Analyst II to evaluate and execute development projects, conduct market research, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence to ensure project viability and alignment with company goals.

You will collaborate with brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers, and regulators, manage site acquisitions and entitlements, and prepare memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Travel 15–20% is required.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Travel: 15-20%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential time flexibility to meet business needs

• Supports complex projects with a cross-functional team for successful execution.
• Assists with site acquisitions and securing entitlements/permits.
• Assists with portfolio review, due diligence process, project schedules, and budgets.
• Prepares due diligence memos, site plan reviews, and PowerPoint presentations for internal/external project approvals.
• Participates in weekly conference calls and meetings with key internal and external partners.
• Coordinates brokers and property owners to identify potential development opportunities.
• Evaluates market research to identify trends, opportunities, and demand for land in target areas.
• Supports project contracts and agreement negotiations, as needed
