Responsibilities

• Supports complex projects with a team of brokers, attorneys, architects and engineers.
• Assists with site acquisitions and obtaining permits/entitlements.
• Participates in portfolio review, due diligence, schedules and budgets.
• Prepares due diligence memos and project presentation materials.
• Supports weekly calls and meetings with internal and external partners.
• Fosters relationships with brokers and property owners to identify opportunities.
• Conducts market research on land trends, demographics and zoning.
• Reviews and tracks project contracts and agreements.
• Performs other related duties as required.
