Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking an accounting professional in Minneapolis to support real estate development. You will manage GAAP projections, prepare requisitions and invoices for draws, and collaborate with Legal and Capital Markets on closings.

Aufgaben

• Develop, understand, and document knowledge of the real estate development cycle.
• Communicate with leadership, investment partners and lenders.
• Prepare requisitions and invoices to fund draw requests from lending institutions.
• Partner with Legal and Capital Markets on land closings, project financing closings, JV closings, and asset sale closings.
• Oversee internal cash-flow and GAAP financial projections for development pursuits, asset sales, development fees and acquisitions.
• Maintain project GAAP financial statements monthly and quarterly.
• Prepare tax schedules for JV development projects.
• Apply accounting principles for JV partnerships and consolidation on Ryan projects.
• Prepare ad hoc management reports for Owners, lenders and regional officers.
• Prepare schedules to support the annual external audit.
