Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking a GAAP-focused Accounting Manager to lead detailed financial analysis and project accounting across our development portfolio in a remote-capable role based in Minneapolis.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, at least five years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with real estate or construction accounting. Responsibilities include preparing schedules, reconciling expenditures, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records.
• Track sources and uses of funds.
• Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions.
• Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.
• Prepare variance analyses and financial reports.
• Support investor, lender, and auditor requests.
• Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.
