Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in financial statement prep and GL reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for assigned properties.
• Generate monthly accruals and adjust journal entries.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Analyze General Ledger and conduct financial reviews.
• Track capital projects and manage book value from WIP to service.
• Prepare and file recurring sales tax returns.
• Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and year-end reconciliations.
• Support tax filings and financial audits.
• Research accounting issues and mitigate risks.
• Follow Client Accounting Policies for reporting.
