The role requires deep knowledge of lease administration, healthcare regulations, and strong leadership to manage enterprise-wide real estate data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in real estate, leasing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare leases, regulatory requirements, and lease accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease administration, accounting, and data controls enterprise-wide.
• Develop tools and processes for real estate data and portfolio tracking.
• Lead data governance and reporting across owned and leased properties.
• Collaborate with leaders and vendors on lease services and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, interfaces, and continuous improvement across systems.
• Produce portfolio metrics, dashboards, and key dates for decisions.
• Support acquisitions, strategies, and enterprise planning with data insights.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare real estate regulations.
