Develop tools and procedures supporting real estate data and portfolio tracking.
Lead real estate data management for owned and leased properties.
Partner with internal leaders and external vendors on lease administration services.
Govern real estate data accuracy, interfaces, and continuous improvement.
Oversee data projects supporting acquisitions and enterprise planning.
Produce portfolio metrics, dashboards, and key dates to support decisions.
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance for healthcare real estate transactions.
Use data-driven insights to support lease-versus-own decisions and negotiations.
Serve as liaison across real estate planning, construction, and leadership.
