As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will assist in promoting data-driven decision‑making within the organization, supporting various departments—including Asset Management, Acquisitions, Accounting, and HR—to gather requirements and assist in designing and implementing BI solutions.

Your focus is analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision‑making and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs.

You will utilize your bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field and your working knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis—with eagerness to learn and work with BI tools such as Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL—to develop, maintain, and automate BI reports and dashboards. Your enthusiasm for using data to help improve business processes and outcomes in the real‑estate private‑equity space will be essential to your success in the role.
- You will work full‑time, Monday through Friday.
- You will be eligible for the company’s benefit plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, auto‑enrollment in a 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment, 80 vacation hours in the first year, paid sick leave per state or local requirements, and paid holidays for ten holidays each year. Eligible employees also receive paid sick leave for at least 40 hours per year in states with no state mandate. Holiday pay requires completion of 30 days of employment as of the holiday date.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience writing queries in a relational database management system.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field required, or a computer science certificate from an accredited program with relevant work experience.
- Up to two years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role required; familiarity with financial and accounting concepts preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics, machine learning, and predictive analytics preferred.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing preferred.
- Understanding of the commercial real‑estate industry preferred but not required.
- Expected work hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
- Travel: None.
