Job Description:

The Data Support Manager will support the Data Management & Analytics team by providing advanced analytical, technical, operational, and stakeholder support across key residential real estate data, property valuation, public records, mortgage lending, data quality, and model‑related business processes. This role is responsible for working with large and complex datasets, developing and maintaining repeatable analytical solutions, identifying data trends and anomalies, supporting data quality controls, and translating technical analysis into clear business insights and recommendations.
The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage work efforts from analysis through implementation, partner with internal clients and technology teams, support production and strategic initiatives, and help modernize manual processes through scalable reporting, automation, documentation, and data‑driven solutions. This individual must be highly technical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and high stakeholder demand.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, business intelligence, data governance, model analytics support, or a related analytical function.
  • 2+ years experience working with third‑party vendors and technology partners to manage issue logs, coordinate root cause investigations, support change management processes, assess application and data impacts, validate implemented solutions, and ensure ongoing operational stability.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins, large table analysis, performance tuning, and repeatable production or operational support routines.
  • Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and self‑service reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience using AI or Microsoft Copilot capabilities to improve productivity, automate workflows, summarize data insights, support documentation, or identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to prepare concise leadership updates, summarize risks and impacts, and influence data‑driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and initiative in identifying business problems, researching solutions, modernizing processes, and helping build team capability through documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive‑ready presentations that effectively communicate analytical results, business impacts, recommendations, and strategic insights.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working with residential real estate, property valuation, mortgage lending, public records, appraisal, housing market, or comparable financial services datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Automated Valuation Models, model monitoring, model performance analysis, model‑related data investigations, or Model Risk Management processes.
  • Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and self‑service reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Python, or comparable automation/data transformation tools to streamline manual processes, improve repeatability, and reduce operational risk.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, or similar development environments is a plus.
  • Experience supporting data quality controls, data lineage, governance routines, control frameworks, audit/regulatory inquiries, or enterprise data management standards.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, including participation in backlog refinement, requirement grooming, sprint planning, testing, and implementation support.
  • Proven ability to lead medium‑to‑large analytical initiatives or process improvement efforts with limited direction and deliver clear outcomes for business partners.
  • Batchelor’s Degree
