Qualifications

This hybrid role involves conducting in-depth research and analysis of local and regional property markets to support investment strategies, development planning, and client advisory services. You will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and presenting market data, identifying trends, and forecasting future market conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent report-writing capabilities, and a solid understanding of real estate principles and the dynamics of the Eastern Cape property market. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
