ACRUVA Capital Partners II LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Accounting professional to oversee multi-entity financial reporting for a portfolio of project entities and the management company. The role includes GL maintenance, monthly close, and consolidated GAAP reporting, with emphasis on LIHTC and developer equity activities.

The position requires 5–7 years in real estate accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA consideration.

Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in real estate or LIHTC.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA license or active candidacy preferred; real estate experience advantageous.
Experience with construction draws (AIA G702/G703) and multi-source capital stacks.

Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger and close processes for multi-entity real estate portfolios.
Prepare GAAP financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and consolidated reports.
Oversee LIHTC equity contributions, allocations, and distributions.
Manage construction draws planning, cost coding, and fund flows across projects.
Maintain asset schedules, depreciation, and amortization for placed-in-service properties.
Coordinate with auditors and tax preparers for annual filings and cost certifications.
Lead accounting systems and internal controls; mentor staff accountants.
