Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience.
• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi or similar accounting platforms.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple properties and entities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership.
• Proactive problem-solver with an interest in technology and process improvement.
