Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of accounting experience within real estate development, with affordable housing exposure.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC transactions and construction accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, construction financial oversight and leadership across budgets, cost allocations, and reporting.
• Manage construction loan draws, budget-to-actual analyses, and coordination with lenders/investors.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and timely close/audit processes.
