Job summary

CR Fitness Holdings, the #1 Crunch Fitness franchisee, seeks a Real Estate Manager to drive deal flow and site selection across multiple markets. You will analyze demographics, traffic, and leasing terms, coordinating with brokers and internal teams to move opportunities toward approval and execution.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with travel across assigned markets and a hands-on, autonomous approach in a fast-growing fitness organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in retail leasing, site selection, tenant representation, development, acquisitions, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the real estate pipeline across multiple markets.
• Source, review, and evaluate prospective locations based on priorities.
• Evaluate demographics, traffic, visibility, and trade areas.
• Review site plans, demographic reports, and market information.
• Lead negotiations on LOIs and key terms.
• Build relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and internal partners.
