• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease information, documents, critical dates, and reporting within Visual Lease.
• Track lease milestones, renewals, options, expirations, rent changes, and other important dates.
• Organize and maintain leases, amendments, LOIs, construction documents, and other real estate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate and Construction teams throughout new club development.
• Assist with tracking active real estate deals and construction projects, including timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate documentation and communication between internal teams, landlords, brokers, vendors, contractors, and other partners.
• Assist with preparation and organization of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project updates.
• Track invoices, contracts, approvals, and other documentation related to real estate and construction.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure records and systems remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support special projects related to new club openings and the continued growth of the company.

CR Fitness Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate & Construction Coordinator to support our growing Real Estate and Construction teams. This role will provide administrative and operational support related to our real estate portfolio, lease administration, construction projects, and new club development.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting a multi-location real estate or construction function and must have hands-on experience with Visual Lease software. This individual will play an important role in maintaining accurate lease information, tracking critical dates and documentation, coordinating projects, and keeping our teams organized as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Interest in construction, development, or real estate is a plus
