Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Collateral Servicing Manager to safeguard security interests and oversee all real estate collateral documentation. You will supervise complex processes, perform audits, and drive efficiency improvements across the department.

The role requires deep knowledge of mortgage servicing, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with branches and attorneys. Hybrid work options and a collaborative credit-union environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; additional 5+ years of experience can substitute for a degree.
• 5+ years in Mortgage servicing, collateral management, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, change management, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage collateral processes incl. deed of trust satisfactions and subordination for second mortgages.
• Audit collateral workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy of the collateral vault items.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and develop a high-performing team to meet daily demands.
• Collaborate with senior management on process improvements and automation initiatives.
